We offer a 7-day easy replacement policy. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.

We accept returns within 7 days if the product is unused and in original packaging. Please note that return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

Yes. All our ceramics are made with food-grade, lead-free glazes. They are safe for everyday use with food and beverages.

Most of our ceramics are microwave safe. However, hand washing is recommended to preserve the finish and longevity of the glaze. Please check the individual product page for specific care instructions.
